About the event
Kintsugi: A Golden Restoration is a therapeutic expressive-arts/healing workshop for women ready to reconnect with themselves, strengthen resilience, and explore healing through reflection, creativity, and community. Using Kintsugi—the Japanese practice of visible pottery repair—as a healing metaphor, participants will explore how rupture can affect emotions, identity, coping, boundaries, and connection while learning practical strategies that support regulation, self-compassion, resilience, and forward movement.
