Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit. To make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible, please review the guidelines below:

• Eligibility Window:
  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of your delivery date.
• How to Begin:
  Email us at support@miliesmanor.org with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number—please include this on the outside of your return package. Returns sent without an RA may be refused.
• Condition of Items:
  All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and documentation.
• Restocking Fee:
  A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover inspection, handling, and restocking costs.
• Processing Timeline:
  Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We’ll notify you by email when your refund is issued or your exchange ships.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USPS Rates)
(Fees vary by package weight & destination)

• Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days): $6 – $12
• Express Shipping (3 Business Days): $13 – $25

Please note: We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to accommodate international orders in the future—stay tuned for updates.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your package is handed to the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately, and orders cannot be canceled.
• If you have questions about cancellations, please contact us right away.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Sale items and certain limited-edition products may be ineligible.

Damaged Orders
Milie’s Manor Inc. is not liable for loss or damage once the carrier has possession of the package. If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping provider.

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
• Some items are restricted from air transport by TSA regulations; if this affects your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.
